Happy Weekend, !
It's been a busy week here at Miniature Garden Headquarters! I've been working on a fun project for NEXT
spring that I'm excited about already. Leave it up to me to start pining for spring when it's not even fall-weather yet. Lol!
BUT I did have some time to make a fun mini DIY VOTE banner for the upcoming election season. Everything is cute in miniature! More below!
We hope all are safe and sound after Hurricane / Tropical Storm Helene diminishes. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
Today's Tip:
Indoors vs Outdoor Plants - A gentle reminder that not all plants can be grown indoors. As the summer wanes and we're looking to bring the outdoors inside for the winter, make sure your plants want to come inside too. Aside from asking it nicely, 😁 you can quickly google the plant's name and USDA zone to see if it'll work. Here are the basic rules:
- Most plants that are rated zone 8 and up can be grown indoors.
- Plants from zones 5 through 7 will need winter's cooling-off period.
- Any plants from zones 4
and down will need time in the freezing temperatures.
See what indoor plants we have in stock right now here.

Today's garden has our favorite indoor/outdoor tree, the
Variegated English Boxwood. You may recognize this miniature garden, it was planted in 2017. More
below.
A gentle reminder as we get into crux of this election season - we have more in common with each other than we think if we just listen.
