Having a creative project to tinker with helps your subconscious digest the day, while the quiet/personal time helps you detach to destress...

AND you get to make or play with your miniature garden!

The backside of the same peace pole shown above - it didn't photograph very well but it says, "In the garden, all are welcome." This is a section of our new in-ground miniature garden. That is a Jervis Hemlock tree behind the bench that probably about 20 years old. A Cranesbill to the left and Alpine Ferns next to the birdbath in the back, right. All are in stock today!

The Bishop's Form Cranesbill is still flowering! Long bloomer, zones 5 thru 8, self-sows sometimes and you really can't beat the texture of those wonderful leaves!

I hope you kept your broken miniatures for Halloween decorations! I've got a 'how-to' for miniature zombies in my Prop Shop book and it's up in the Miniature Garden Society too. This idea was inspired by this zombie cat. That's the smallest googly-eye I could find.
