Spring Planting and Prepping is Upon
Us! The "Must Do" - NOW, and until the warmer weather starts to stick around, is a PERFECT time to get out and WEED. I know it's so not our favorite chore - and I know it's not on the top of the "spring to-do" list but bear with me, wether your mini garden is in a pot, or
in-ground. You see, it's a LOT easier to pull any weed now, while it's still kinda dormant, and BEFORE it starts to grow more roots and take-hold in the soil. Definitely don't let them go to seed if you see them flower! Divide or Not to Divide? - You can tell if a plant wants to be divided by looking at the base of the plant, (called the crown.) If the plant is coming from one place/one root, then no. If the plant is growing out of multiple places, yes. Dig it up and pull it apart, following the plant's lead. Cut any roots if you can't pull them apart but make sure
each division has a nice root on it. Hit reply if you have a question about any of our plants. Growing in Containers? Here's a list of what to check for this spring, to make sure you're thinking of everything. Got a question? Hit reply! Not Ready for Spring Yet? Purchase reserves the trees! YOU tell us when you would like us to send them! We'll combine any plant orders to save you postage if you have multiple orders throughout the season. (We won't know the savings until after we ship.) See all our recommended plants here, you can shop by zone or by what kind of light you have. Got a question? Hit reply! A miniature Easter egg hunt in the miniature garden isn't very challenging... Lol! Happy Spring !

you, this took about 17 attempts to get her to sit like that. :o)
We have been serving the Miniature Garden Hobby since 2001. Shipping all year 'round from USDA Zone 7, Seattle, Washington, in the Northwest corner of the USA. CONTACT US ~ OTHER WAYS TO ORDER FROM OUR STORE: ~> Via Email - hit reply, (please don't email any credit card
info!) -> Via Phone - 206-352-0494 ~ We are in Seattle, 3 hours behind east coast time. We no longer have regular office hours, please leave a
message. PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITES: ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping calculator can - if we can save you money on
shipping, we will. ~~~ We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color, gender, politics, religion or who they love. Viva la
difference! If we were all the same, the world would be a very, very boring place to live.

with this new hobby, and you'll have a hard time finding a better resource for miniature gardening, but please unsubscribe using the link below. |
