Hi , Well, I've really done it
this time. All I want to do is play with my new miniature garden... Lol! Who needs to work or do the chores when you have this hobby? I mean, really!?! We should get a pass for this and left to play... Or maybe free house cleaning service at the very least - 'cause we're BUSY! :oD We hope this finds you doing the same! Well, maybe not coveting the neighbor's house
cleaners and handyman, I mean, I hope you are enjoying your miniature gardening too! ABOVE: So, I'm having a grand ol' time working on my Inground Miniature Gardening for the Miniature Garden Society. After more than a few years of struggling with this one, I think I've cracked the code to a successful, manageable inground mini garden! It's only taken about four of them
and about 18 years to get this far... Stay tuned, I just know the fairy gardeners out there will love it - and just maybe it will be a bit useful for the railroad gardeners too! More to come... Stay safe, stay cool, enjoy the summer while you can and, enjoy your gardening in miniature! Whatever you do, make it fun! Janit Calvo, Head MG, Owner Two Green Thumbs Living Miniature Garden Center ~~~ Golden Mops Threadbranch Cypress is a fun tree to grow in bigger miniature gardens or inground. It turns greener with some shade or golden in the sun. Shear it back into shape in late winter to keep it in check. Hardy to -30F. On sale now for only $12.99 each - the grower sent me way too many this month! (They include them in "packages" and substitute at will. Fun. Lol!) Click in here to see more of the details. Reminder Memo: Take Pictures! When was the last time you
photographed your miniature garden? A garden is kinda like us, we're not at our best at all times. So when we are at our best, like when we attend a wedding or reunion for example, we take photos of ourselves right? (Okay, remember to do that the NEXT time you get all dolled-up... :o) The same goes for your gardens
- full size and in miniature. Whenever you see your garden in all its loveliness, stop. Grab your phone or your camera and take some photos and/or videos of it. Take some "glory" shots - or a photo of the whole garden at once. Make sure the background is clear of clutter or turn the pot another way to avoid it. If
you're photographing an inground garden, try different angles to get around any mess in the shot - either left or right, or up or down. And then take some close-up shots of the smaller vignettes and details that you created in your mini garden. Lastly, get a photo of YOU with your miniature garden too! THEN, take a
dedicated photo of all the plants to document what's been growing-on on your miniature world this year. If you planted annuals, you might not be able to get the same ones next spring, but you now have a reminder of what worked - or what didn't. Other plants go completely dormant, and die-back right to the ground so you forget about them. But having these photos to refer to next spring, ideally BEFORE you dig, is critical in letting the plant colonize and develop on its own, usually/eventually making a stunning display. (Ugh, you don't want to know how many plants I've killed by forgetting they were dormant! Arg! But I digress.) And, now you have a few photos to show off your miniature garden skills to your friends and family! Sneak Peak: We finally got a couple of overcast days so we could shoot some video in our "new-again" miniature inground garden. Above, I'm demonstrating out to install a custom miniature patio with our Mini Patio Mix and our Pink
Flagstone Sheet. It was a lot of fun to actually make a patio again! I laughed when it was done - love it! Our Mini Patio Mix is available in BULK too! See the Medium Mini Patio Mix Bulk Kit here. Up on the Mini Garden Guru Blog This Week! Click in for

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING:
All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping
calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.

We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color,
gender, politics, religion or who they love.

very, very boring place to live.
