Hi ,
Hey, it seems like things are getting a bit sticky out here - figuratively with the covid & politics; literally with the heat. So, to send out a "little" good cheer this week, we've decided to have a sale!
Summer is a great time to evaluate what you have going on in your miniature garden. When the garden is at its fullest, you can see what you might need: if you want a wee fence behind it to frame it, or perhaps a sweet little focal point - aka garden art - for that spot in the garden bed.
And, for some, it's time to plan your holiday crafting! Lots of options and excuses to make a miniature garden or three!
Enjoy 25% off with the code SUMMERFUN-22 - minimum $25, expires midnight on July 24th. For Gazette subscribers only. Just
enter the code in the discount box when checking out and it will be applied automatically.
And to reward the folks that read everything in my Gazettes, you, my special subscriber, will find some deeper-discounted sale items in the store - meaning you can double-dip on these items and really save! Look for the big dot on the item's photo as you browse the store.
And in this Gazette, enjoy some photos this week of my in-ground that actually took longer to do than Michelangelo's ceiling in the Sistine Chapel. Lol! It's so much fun when a project finally comes together!
Whatever you do, make it fun!

Above: You can see how a variety of ground covers - aka miniature garden bedding plants - can add a lot of texture and interest to the scene. That red-leafed plant is a very stressed out miniature Fuchsia that I picked up from a plant sale and didn't plant right away. Arg. I hope it survives... see? I'm just like you and every other gardener: always buying plants
that we don't really have spot for yet - but we still MUST have it!! Lol! :o)
~~~
The fauns guards the path to the lake. You MUST answer this question correctly in order to pass: "What is your favorite color?" :o)
The "lawn" is Scottish moss, which I think it's best to plant in the springtime. Behind the fauns and urns is a Dwarf Lily Turf. See the miniature Fauns here, they are staked to stay put.
THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR SUBSCRIBER!
That is a baby Euonymus tree in the front - only because I stepped on it a while ago and "shortened" it by accident. Lol! I'll let you know my mistakes as well as my successes! Did I mention that I sprained a toe on a miniature while
working on this in-ground garden? Only me could do that... stay safe and thank YOU for reading! :o) <3
ABOUT OUR SHIPPING:
All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping
calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.
