Hi ,
I hope this finds you warmer than I! Here in Seattle, whenever the sun comes out, we're dropping everything and going out in it - which really means two afternoons in the last two weeks. Ugh. Send spring if you have it!
I hope your spring is going splendidly. Now that the taxes are done and this blog is up and running, I'm glad to be back in the saddle because May is coming up quickly and it's a big month for us. May is officially "Miniature Garden Month!"
AND Mother's Day is the 8th!! You know what mom would love? A miniature garden made BY you - OR - to make a miniature garden WITH you! It'll give you a reason to play in the soil and create memorable moments too!
Digging in: This week I've got a blog that teaches you how to install your own garden art - in miniature or full-sized - using the sculpture, the Millennial Goddess Gaia. She was perfect for Earth Day! See Gaia here.
Every-so-often, I Google around, looking for other sites that have as much miniature garden art as I do - and, um, I think I can boast about having the biggest collection to date! Over 80 different pieces! Who woulda thought?
Well, considering I love art, the garden and miniatures, I guess the math works. Lol!
Have a great Earth Day-Week but, I think for ALL of us gardeners, every day is Earth Day!
Whatever you do, make it fun, be safe and make a miniature garden,

The wee Dwarf Pagoda Japanese Holly has been a favorite for our miniature gardening for years. This wee tree can easily take on an Asian look for a little Zen garden - or not. Being a broadleaf tree, meaning it has leaves
instead of needles, it can add a very nice textural contrast to your conifers. The Jersey Jewel variety is similar, but with smaller leaves.

Includes how to add garden art to your mini garden beds! (for full-size gardens too!)

I am Groot! - Another excellent mini garden sculpture to add a giggle to your arsenal. Groot is a Marvel character in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. In the first movie, he's just a baby, and grows up as the story
evolves from movie to movie. All he says and it's the answer to every question, "I am Groot." He's staked so he won't walk away... very fun! He stands in front of a true miniature mugo pine, 'Michelle.'

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING:
We Ship Internationally (- but not the plants!)
All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping
calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.

We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color,
gender, politics, religion or who they love.
Viva la difference!
If we were all the same, the world would be a
very, very boring place to live.
We believe in Oneness, Kindness & Love.
