Happy Father's Day!
Happy Solstice!

Hi !
It's that time of year when things are a-buddin' and a-bloomin' their little hearts out and I love it! I hope you are enjoying the spring in your neighborhood. You've got a fun weekend coming up with Father's Day and the Solstice happening on the same weekend!
TIP: BUT before you get too carried away, remember to stop and take photos of your miniature gardens when they are looking good and blooming away. It only takes a moment and, thanks to cell phones, we all have "should" have a pretty decent camera available to take photos immediately. You'll not only add to your brag-book, you're documenting your plants for
future reference.
TY for the 'Atta Girls! - Hey, thank you for all the kudos, Robby and Dennis, and the coffees from Suzanne in GA, Celeste in IL, and Pinky in CA who bought us enough to do lunch! That was unexpected! Thank you! <3 It really helped
me celebrate the Korean edition of my Gardening in Miniature book! I'm still pinching myself that the book is now in FOUR languages, though I know the hobby is now worldwide - and has been for many years now.
Back to Business: Find a new supply kit, beach sand (Oh, Aruba!), a favorite Juniper is back in stock this week, as well as more fun ideas and inspiration for your gardening in miniature pleasure!
Whatever you do make it fun,

This garden photo is from 2016. The bowl-shaped pot is 22" in diameter and it's about 10" deep at the deepest part of the bowl.
The plants in the front are alternating Green Carpet (Hernaria glabra,) and Cobweb House Leaks (aka, Hens and Chicks, Sempervivums arachnoideum) then going clockwise: Dwarf Mondo Grass (Ophiopogon japonicus Nanus,) Red Thyme (Thymus praecox,) and Dwarf Mondo Grass again. You can see how using repeating textures helps balance a larger garden design. Those are Sedum Cuttings in the Barrel Planter.
We have most of the plants and accessories in stock. The trellis is made in New York as is the deck. The dog and the chair are discontinued.

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING:
We ship internationally (- but not the plants!)
All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping calculator can - if we can save you money on
shipping, we will.
MORE ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: There is some confusion when checking out of our online store and seeing the shipping option of "Priority Mail." Priority Mail is the term the United States Post System calls their services. Anything over 1 pound
gets shipped by Priority Mail. They have done-away with Parcel Post. ~> It does not mean you get "priority" over anyone else's order. It's just what they call it. We are not able to send any order over a pound any other way. We choose to stay with USPS because they are least expensive, 98% reliable and they usually get your orders to you within 3 days at most. We've priced other services and USPS is our choice to save you money and ship your plants to you safely and quickly.
:o)
We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color,
gender, politics, religion or who they love.
Viva la difference!
If we were all the same, the world would be a
very, very boring place to live.
We believe in Oneness, Kindness & Love.
