Halloween Fun Inside!

Hi ,
I hope this finds you and yours safe and well.
What a difference a week makes! Last week we were choking with the smoke from the wildfires and this week we're having record rainfall. It's been so long since its rained, I could hear the garden drinking! But it's great to see everything get green again. Whew, I needed that. :o)
There's another lesson from our Miniature Gardening Beginner Series up on the Mini Garden
Guru blog this week. I found some more spooky Halloween ideas this week for your miniature gardening pleasure. Some old favorites are now back in stock too.
Remember we have our plants sorted out by zone up in our online Miniature Garden Center store AND we have the new categories so you can shop by scale now too.
Fall is the BEST time to plant an in-ground garden. See why in the blog-link here: How to Save Time & Money on Miniature Gardening. And ANYTIME is a great time to plant a container, which makes this hobby super-fun and super-accessible as usual.
Please stay safe, stay grounded & stay creative with a lil' miniature gardening.
Whatever you do make it fun,
ABOVE: You might recognize this miniature garden from previous Gazettes. I tend to gravitate to this miniature garden for Halloween because it has enough space with the big patio area for all my Halloween decorations. Spooky huh? The yellow-ing of the foliage on the Hinoki Cypress is the conifer die-back and it's natural - and naturally spooky!
PS - A big miniature garden THANK YOU to Pam from OR who bought us coffees to thank us for all our hard work delivering free inspiration and
free info-tainment on gardening in miniature. Thank you Pam! :o)

This miniature Halloween garden looks better when you get eye level with it. It's fun to try to make both views, birds-eye and straight-on, look good. It's one of the rules of the Ikebana hobby, interestingly
enough.

PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITES:
ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: We ship internationally (- but not the plants!) All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping
calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.
MORE ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: There is some confusion when checking out of our online
store and seeing the shipping option of "Priority Mail." Priority Mail is the
term the United States Post System calls their services. Anything over 1 pound gets shipped by Priority Mail. They have done-away with Parcel Post. ~> It does not mean you get "priority" over anyone else's order. It's just what they call it. We are not able to send any order over a pound any other way. We choose to stay with USPS because they are least expensive, 98% reliable and they usually get your orders to you within 3 days at most. We've priced other services and USPS is our
choice to save you money, ship your plants to you safely and quickly. :o)
We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color, gender, politics or religion. Viva la difference! If we were all the same, the world would be a very, very boring place to live... We believe in Oneness, Kindness & Love.
REMINDER: This email is not spam. You are receiving this because you signed up for it and then you confirmed your subscription through your own email. If you do not want this newsletter, we'll be sad to see you go, you will miss out on a lot of upcoming fun with this new hobby, and you'll have a hard time finding a better hobby, but please unsubscribe using the link
below.
