Hi ,
I hope this finds you enjoying the fall months in your area. We are enjoying an unusually colorful fall here in Seattle this year with all the colorful leaves that are actually staying on our trees for awhile. A nice change, I might say - and a little taste of what the east coast gets every autumn! I'm loving it!
I'm back after a missing a couple of weeks, battling technology. It wasn't an on-going battle as I had to step back and balance it with my miniature gardening & creating in order to keep my sanity. I'm not sure where I would be without my hobbies! I hope you have the same set up at your home - so you're able to go
"play" anytime you need to step back and regroup.
So grab a cuppa - things have been piling up! This quote has been stuck in my mind this week - now I know why. Lol!
“The time has come," the walrus said,
"to talk of many things:
Of shoes and ships - and sealing wax -
of cabbages and kings."
- Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass
Whatever you do make it fun,
ABOVE: A miniature broken pot Halloween garden. Because we can. :o)

PS - A warm THANK YOU to Janice, a fellow MG who “bought us coffees” this week! Steve sends a thank you too!
:o)
PSX2 - Your feedback is always welcome!

REAL Miniature Pumpkins! We grew miniature pumpkins in our garden this summer - yes, these are same miniature pumpkins that you'll find in just about every store this time of year. We grew the white, ghost ones too and
and I picked a few of both kinds when they were teenie-tiny because I wanted to do more miniature pumpkin carving.
I was SO eager to carve them because they were SO easy to carve when they are fresh: the pumpkin flesh is still soft and juicy. Awesome! Or so I thought. The downside is they went moldy WAY too quickly! Arg! Gah! Noooo!!!
:o)
So, it's another experiment that will have to wait until next year to try again. But make a note on your seed list for spring next year: grow miniature pumpkins.

On the Mini Garden Guru Blog:
Feedback Needed: See those miniature peace flags in this photo? Would you like a kit to make them yourself? Not only are they super fun to make AND the kit will NOT be expensive
- they are weatherproof and waterproof.
Rather than just put a new idea out there like I usually do, I thought to ask first for a change! (Some things come to me a LOT slower...)
Hit the reply and let me know: Would you be interested in a Mini Garden Peace Flag kit so you can make peace flags or Day of the Dead flags? (Note that the kit won't be ready for this year's Day of the Dead, however.)
Hit the reply and let me know! :o)

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING: We ship internationally (- but not the plants!) All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping
calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.
