HEY! I hope you had a good week. We've had a lot of clouds here in Seattle but no rain so we've been watering like crazy! If you're in an area with a lot of rain - pleeease send some!
More Watering Tips: Remember that you can always dunk the whole garden or plant, pot and all, into a tub of water for a good soaking from time to time. Once the air-bubbles stop, you know the soil is saturated - and you can always tell by the weight of the pot, of course.
- OR you can put a saucer underneath the pot at this time of year to help corral the excess water so you can let it soak back into the pot through the drainage holes. As long as the garden isn't sitting in water for too long, it's safe to keep it in the saucer. Just remove the saucer after the dry months so it can drain freely again.
So, I think it's time for a sale. It's been "that" kinda week where I did a lot - but got nothing done. Lol! So please enjoy 20% off this week while I try to finish something. :o) Oh, and this is for you, our subscriber - I will be opening it up to everyone else via our social media channels about mid-week but you get first dibs as quantities are limited!
Happy Miniature Gardening!
