Hi ,
I hope this finds you enjoying the fall months in your miniature garden.
I'm a die-hard crafter as well as an artist. If I had my own way, I would do art & crafts all day long - any kind of crafting as long as I can play. And I would try, oh, maybe ALL of the applied arts too. Lol! Which is probably why I love miniature gardening, it overlaps several different hobbies if you want it to. So, imagine my surprise when I went to Hobby Lobby today. Holy cow! I think I need to lobby Hobby Lobby. Lol! See this

If you are in the Philadelphia area, think about coming to one of the events that I'll be at the first weekend in November. I'll be doing an on-going demo & book signing at the Marlon, NJ, Plow & Hearth Store on Thursday, Nov. 2nd, 4 to 7pm. I'll be demonstrating how to customize your fairy house and furniture so you
can really get your fairy magic growing!
Then, I'll be at the famous Philadelphia Miniaturia Show the Cherry Hill, NJ, Crown Plaza Hotel from Friday night through Sunday. (Note that the preview is Friday night and it's a premium ticket.) Make sure you say hello! I love to meet my subscribers!! :o)
We have some new plants and accessories this week.
We're having a hard time finding realistic garden miniatures for Halloween, some are shown in the photo above. So, a gentle reminder that when you see a really cool miniature that you love, get it. You never know if that company will be around tomorrow, despite the size of the business or the hold they have over an industry.
