Hi ,
You know I still get that "back-to-school" dreaded feeling every labour day weekend. Lol! I didn't care for learning until I got out of school really and I never had kids to
re-program the seasonal feeling in my brain. I need to remember that it's not the end of summer for us adults yet! In fact, it's time to get back to a comfortable schedule and get some ideas out there and DONE. Remember that September and October can produce some glorious sunny days in the garden too.
Fall is the best time to plant an in-ground
garden because the newly-planted trees and plants have all season to get situated before the winter starts. When spring comes around they are already "home" and will begin to bud and flush-out their lovely spring growth. It takes less to maintain the plants next summer with this method too, because the plant's roots will have already started to find their own source of food.
Remember you can plant a miniature garden in a container anytime you feel like it.
Happy Long Weekend!
Whatever you do, make it fun,
