Growing Peace In
The Miniature Garden
Hi ,
Well, it's been quite the week and there's a lot going on, I hope this finds you and yours safe and well.
And I hope you made it through all that weather over the past week. Ugh. The freezing nights lasted way too long here in Seattle and then we had an atmospheric river for a couple of days. Fun!
But to use the time wisely, I've been making major headway on the blog redo - can't wait to show you. For those of you who are familiar with my Mini Garden Guru blog, I'm actually organizing it. Gasp! I know, right? Who knew I would write almost 600 blog posts over 16 years?? Who thought I had so much to say? :o)
I'm actually starting to get more excited about spring now - I heard the robin singing the other day. I'll take that as a good sign! And, I have found the joy of donning my rain gear, putting on a podcast (checkout the Smartless podcast, the previous episodes,) and get out in the garden to do some spring cleanup: no one bothers you because they don't want to
get out in the rain. Lol! It's a great way to ground yourself and get some fresh air between the ears while prepping and planning your miniature garden exploits this spring!
Grab a cuppa, we've got the beginning of our spring trees in stock this week. I know not all of you are ready for spring planting but we're doing the "Purchase Reserves the Trees" again this year and we'll aim to ship after May 1st, (weather permitting, we will check with you.)
Take care of you, stay grounded and be patient with others that are having a harder time, we've all been through something.
And whatever you do, make it fun

Miniature Garden Peace Poles (- or Larger Garden Art Poles) - are an iconic symbol of peace throughout the world. Some peace poles are very colorful and artsy, I decided to try the traditional/global one
that is white with black lettering.
See the PeacePoleProject.org here. It has an
interactive map of where all the registered peace poles are throughout the world.

Ain't She Sweet? - The Little Gem Norway Spruce only grows 1" to 3" per year. Otherwise known as "the living rock." Sweetness. Put her in the right place and she's an easy grower. Now back in stock after many
years... See more of her here.

ABOUT OUR SHIPPING:
We Ship Internationally (- but not the plants!)
All shipping costs are checked by Steve and we refund any savings promptly because of our wide range of unique inventory: we ship tiny miniatures, heavy patio materials and living plants, sometimes the automatic shipping calculator "packs" the order in multiple boxes which costs more. Steve can pack better than any online shipping
calculator can - if we can save you money on shipping, we will.

We appreciate and serve everyone regardless of race, color,
gender, politics, religion or who they love.
Viva la difference!
If we were all the same, the world would be a
very, very boring place to live.
We believe in Oneness, Kindness & Love.
